If ever there was a good fish to use for fish tacos, its gotta be dogfish. You could stir fry with dogfish meat and it wouldn’t disentigrate on you. You could definate opt to grill the meat but this dish benefits from the Garbage Fish dredge seasoning – adding a nice spicy but savory kick to the finish dish. Can’t think of a better, easier summer dish to serve, complimented wixth fresh summer produce.


Dogfish meat – skinned, gutted, and chopped into 1 inch nuggets.
Garbage Fish Seasoning

Small tortilla shells

Shredded Mexican cheese or cheddar.





Hot sauce

Shredded lettuce

Fresh dogfish meat is key here. If they smell, you did something wrong. Go to the cleaning techniques section to get it right !!
Prepare Pico De Gallo by chopping and seeding two large, fresh tomatoes, 1 medium chopped onion, 1/2 cup of chopped cilantro, lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste. Mix ingredients together and set aside.
Coat cubed dogfish meat with Garbage Fish Seasoning and deep fry for 2 minutes at 350 degrees, remove and pat dry with paper towel.

Fill tortilla shells with dogfish nuggets, top with shredded cheese pico de gallo, shredded lettuce and hot sauce. BAM !
