SEA ROBIN NUGGETS

Lie to your children and tell them its chicken. They won’t know.

Sea Robin meat – skinned, gutted, and chopped into 1inch nuggets.
Garbage Fish Seasoning

3 tablespoons of olive oil

Cube the cleaned, rinsed, skinned sea robin fillets into 1 inch sized nuggets.

Dredge nuggets in Garbage Fish Seasoning or seasoned flour to taste.

Heat olive oil in non stick pan on medium high heat and cook coated fish for two minutes per side. Remove and pat dry with paper towel.

Serve with a chilled ranch dressing/dipping sauce.
